Clubhouse Community

Foot Print to Success Clubhouse is a working community where adults living with mental health challenges come together to build skills, relationships, and purpose. Every part of the day is designed to promote connection, confidence, and the opportunity to participate in meaningful work.

Our community operates much like a small workplace. Members and staff work side-by-side to run all areas of the Clubhouse; from the kitchen and Café to the Podcast Studio, to education, media, and community outreach. This shared work helps members develop job skills, establish structure in their day, and take part in decisions that shape the Clubhouse itself.

Participation is always voluntary and member-driven. Whether someone is working toward employment, continuing education, or simply rebuilding confidence, the Clubhouse offers a supportive environment where growth happens through shared effort and belonging.

The benefits offered by this kind of communal setting are both practical and personal. A Clubhouse is a place where people are needed, known, and valued for their contributions regardless of the challenges they face.

Life-Skills Courses

For many with mental health issues, everyday tasks can be challenging, and often confusing. These courses help our members live independently and gain confidence.

Employment is a key part of recovery and independence, and we make it achievable for every member who wants to work. Our Employment Program connects members with real opportunities in the community while providing the support, structure, and guidance needed to succeed on the job.

We believe that everyone has valuable skills to offer, and that meaningful work builds confidence, stability, and a sense of purpose. Through partnerships with local businesses, job coaching, and ongoing follow-up, we help members move toward employment at a pace that fits their goals and comfort level.

Whether you’re looking to return to the workforce after time away, explore a new field, or gain your first job experience, our team will walk alongside you throughout the process — from building résumés and practicing interviews to celebrating your first day on the job.
