OUR MISSION

Our mission is to empower individuals with mental illness and give them the skills and tools to live successful and productive lives in the community.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to create a space that empowers working together and transforming a community into one in which individuals with a mental illness are welcomed, valued and productive members of society.

Clubhouse Membership

The Work-Ordered Day is the foundation of the Clubhouse model. A Clubhouse is run as much for its members as it is by them. Each day is structured around the real work required to operate the Clubhouse, and members and staff work side-by-side as colleagues to complete it. Our daily schedule purposefully mirrors normal business hours to prepare members for the working world.

The Work-Ordered Day is organized through units, each responsible for different areas of the Clubhouse’s daily operations. Each unit has a defined set of responsibilities and recurring tasks that are necessary for the Clubhouse to function.

At the start of each day, members and staff meet within their units to review what needs to be done. Tasks are chosen by members, discussed, and completed throughout the day. Members freely choose in which unit they would like to participate.

Behind him, there's a wall with colorful posters and a large TV screen displaying a presentation slide titled "Linking Resources, Services, and Supports." The room has posters about healthy eating and mindfulness, a closed door, and an exit sign.

At Foot Print to Success Clubhouse, all staff members bring lived experience with mental health challenges, reflecting the Clubhouse principle that recovery is possible and ongoing. This shared understanding helps create an environment of trust, empathy, and belonging where members feel seen, heard, and valued.

We are proud to have a Certified Peer Support Specialist on staff, allowing us to provide structured peer support services in both one-on-one and group settings. Peer support is non-clinical and works best as a compliment to traditional mental healthcare. Our peer support specialist offers encouragement, validation, and practical guidance, works collaboratively with members and their healthcare teams and primary care providers when appropriate. This integrated approach supports emotional well-being, reduces isolation, and promotes both mental and physical wellness.

Drop-In Center

Members participate in a variety of guided activities such as arts and crafts, light exercise, games, and social activities, all with a wellness focus. Each activity is intentionally chosen to promote creativity, movement, confidence, and positive social interaction while remaining accessible, enjoyable, and pressure-free.

Our Drop-In Program provides a welcoming, structured, and supportive environment for members who benefit from a more hands-on, flexible approach to their day. Designed around the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, this program offers meaningful daily activities that encourage engagement, connection, and personal growth at each member’s own pace.

Members are encouraged to explore interests, build relationships, and find a sense of belonging in our community. Staff and peers provide consistent support, ensuring that everyone feels safe and valued. Everyone is encouraged to participate only in ways that feel comfortable to them.
