OUR MISSION

Our mission is to empower individuals with mental illness and give them the skills and tools to live successful and productive lives in the community.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to create a space that empowers working together and transforming a community into one in which individuals with a mental illness are welcomed, valued and productive members of society.

Clubhouse Units

  • This unit is the foundation of our Work Ordered Day. In this unit, members work alone or with staff assistance. The members answer phones, facilitate tours for potential members and collaborate with other members to plan our daily schedule, and weekly meal schedule.

This is also the unit in which members learn and create digital art, podcast from our studio, engage in creative writing, video editing and more for our social media, advocacy campaigns and fundraisers! Members are often completely new to these things, but are able to learn at their own pace, and pursue artistic passions!

  • The goal of our employment program is to support member’s efforts to improve their financial well-being through employment and, when possible, become economically self-sufficient.

We offer a myriad of courses, trainings, employment opportunities, and guidance. More experienced members assist the other members in their job search. They walk them through resume building, interview prep, finding transportation, etc.

  • Our members prepare a healthy breakfast, lunch and snacks daily in our state of the art Teaching Kitchen. Studies have shown that cooking positively influences socialization, self-esteem, and quality of life.

The members in this unit are responsible for all of the business and administrative duties associated with the sale of food through their in-house bank, The Green Market Bank. Members learn essential business and math skills in a truly hands-on way!

Drop-In Program

Members participate in a variety of guided activities such as arts and crafts, light exercise, games, and social activities, all with a wellness focus. Each activity is intentionally chosen to promote creativity, movement, confidence, and positive social interaction while remaining accessible, enjoyable, and pressure-free.

Our Drop-In Program provides a welcoming, structured, and supportive environment for members who benefit from a more hands-on, flexible approach to their day. Designed around the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, this program offers meaningful daily activities that encourage engagement, connection, and personal growth at each member’s own pace.

Members are encouraged to explore interests, build relationships, and find a sense of belonging in our community. Staff and peers provide consistent support, ensuring that everyone feels safe and valued. Everyone is encouraged to participate only in ways that feel comfortable to them.
