📝 What to write in the Description box
- Phone: Describe what happened — "No answer," "Left voicemail," or "Spoke for 5 min — said they'll be in Thursday."
- In Person: Where did you see them and what was discussed? — "Met in the hallway, said they've been sick and plan to return next week."
- Text: What did you send, and did they reply? — "Sent check-in text, no reply" or "Texted, they said returning Monday."
- Email: What did you send, and did they reply? — "Sent check-in email, awaiting response."
- Other: Explain the nature of the outreach — "Left note at front desk" or "Spoke with family member — member is out of town."
